Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we value both your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our clients, we require 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. ~Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointments will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. ~ No -show and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. ~ Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee.
